Begin the quest by talking to Kase Fills in the Back Alley next to Club Hypnotique. He asks you to kill all the Gargoyles in the alley behind him. Do so. It's recommended to have some health potions at lower levels. Recommended level: 15+. You have to kill a total of 8 Gargoyles, not Impgoyles.
